If you have a new number, contact BCV by telephone to link the new number to your TWINT account.

That will ensure you can keep your transaction history, automatic payments, and loyalty cards.

Download the BCV TWINT app on your new phone and log in to your account again by following the step-by-step instructions on your phone.
